Rescue Me ID: 17-07-26-00393Squishy (male)

American Shorthair Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Not Good with Dogs
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Squishy is our fixed 7 year old Male Shorthair cat to dog free home. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old (I took him for a friend who's cat had kittens) and have been his only owner. Unfortunately since we've moved twice in the last year his stress level has gone up considerably. We have 3 dogs and he cannot be around them whatsoever as they do not get along at all. We have kept them totally seperated for 3 years but unfortunately now have to keep Squish confined to one room aka 'his territory', per the vets orders due to his urination on the dogs beds and then he goes in the garage/outside at night. Unfortunately we cannot keep this ... (Read More)separation up much longer as heart breaking as that is. He is an absolutely wonderful, friendly as can be cat, healthy and up to date on all shots. He craves attention and simply more human interaction. He would be great in a home with an older couple, or just a quiet home in general. We've never had more than one cat, however he has brought cats TO our home (through the cat door) and has always made friends with neighbor cats. Quiet or low key dogs could be a possibility. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 15-04-11-00597Kyle (male)

American Shorthair Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Submissive
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Kyle is a male, gray/brown/white mix Tabby; DOB is unknown but we guesstimate somewhere around 6-7 years old (as of 9/2017). Kyle was found by one of our volunteers, hiding behind the dumpster on GGOH's property - as you can imagine, he was terribly frightened. He is a shy cat and will take some time to warm up to you - we did work with Kyle in a foster situation and made some progress and he is now currently residing on site at GGOH, getting along well with our other rescues. He's a wonderful boy, no aggression whatsoever, just quiet and shy. Kyle is very much in need of a quiet, loving environment to call home - can you provide him ... (Read More)with that? If so, why not show him some love and opt to adopt this special boy. Rescue Me ID: 15-04-02-00270Grady (male)

American Shorthair Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Grady is a handsome male cat, a bit on the bigger side; approximately 3 years old (as of Oct. 2016). He is mostly gray with some brown/white tossed in for good measure. Grady loves to play and loves to have your attention. He does well with other cats and can often be found snuggling with our resident kittens. Grady is a fun cat! And as much as he likes to play, he likes to sit on your lap and be petted equally as well. If you've got lovin' to hand out, Grady will be right there to take it all in!! Grady is up-to-date on vaccinations, is neutered, and is micro-chipped. Please visit our website (www.ggohinc.com) for further information on ...
